Shipping, Return & Refund

Shipping Policy

NIRO Perfume Studio delivers products to all cities across India. NIRO Perfume Studio shall not be liable for delays for any reason. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges.
Each address you instruct us to ship is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
Customers are requested to provide full and accurate address with proper zip code, in case of incorrect address NIRO Perfume Studio shall not be responsible in any manner. Please note that Billing address shall mean the address where the customer receives their Credit Card statements. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order needs to be delivered to.

Return & Refund Policy

NIRO Perfume Studio aims to provide its customers with a high quality products & high level of customer service, so as to ensure the complete satisfaction of all of them. In the unlikely event that you as the customer are unsatisfied with the product received from NIRO Perfume Studio, you may contact us with your complaints/ feedbacks at or call us at +918884157688. We will ensure that we revert to you at the earliest, with a satisfactory resolution of your grievance.
Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of NIRO Perfume Studio & House of Niro as detailed below.Please note an item is not eligible for return if the fragrance did not match the description or previous purchase.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation or Changes to Orders

Since your order is processed as quickly as possible, in case it has been shipped we will be unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received in our system.
